The Training

Botulinum Toxin & Dermal Filler Training Course For Registered Nurses

Nursing is one of the most important and difficult jobs on the planet. From feeling both physically and emotionally exhausted, to burnout, nurses have extreme stressors on them, even outside of work hours. People often choose nursing to make a difference and feel a sense of personal achievement, but the grind can leave nurses feeling incompetent and detached from patient care and outcomes.

The aesthetic and medical spa industry is growing exponentially, and it is expected to expand tenfold over the coming decade. Working as an aesthetic nurse injector can welcome back that sense of accomplishment that should come with a career in the medical field. Botox Bar’s training program offers the highest quality Botulinum Toxin and dermal filler training in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Our program was envisioned, created, and taught by aesthetic nurse injectors who have years of experience in the field, and continue to work as nurse injectors. Register for a Botox Bar course today!

Switching To An Aesthetic Career As A Registered Nurse

Registered nurses have the opportunity to work in several different medical specialties. However, due to natural hierarchies and the nature of the job, nurses may not always see the outcome of a patient’s treatment. Nurse injectors are responsible for and get to experience the patient’s results and outcomes. Thus, leading to a great sense of personal fulfillment.
Plus, it isn’t all aesthetics. There are true medical diagnoses that patients suffer from that Botox and fillers can solve. A few examples include migraines, TMJ disorders, scarring, skin damage, and countless others. Also, nurse injectors must know how to handle potential complications or reactions to the injections. Therefore, there is still a real and potent component of medical care.

See what one of our students had to say!

“When I first signed up for Botox Bar’s course, I was slightly terrified to go beyond my comfort zone and learn brand new skills to be used in an area of medicine that was entirely new to me. Prior to the course, I immersed myself in the didactic and videos. But, I still felt nervous about injecting a live patient for the first time. Fortunately, I was surrounded by a great instructor that eased my fears by answering my questions, and helped me adapt my injection technique. My instructor was certainly an expert in their field, and gave countless helpful tips and tricks to get the best products and tools, stay organized, remember muscles, give appropriate doses, and in the end, have an extremely satisfied patient. I carried the confidence that my instructor gave me as I injected my first patient in a clinical setting and then furthered my education through advanced training.”
